The Better Version of Yourself

Here’s a thought. What if you rated whether you become a “better” or “worse” version of yourself with each person you interact with? How would that change “who” you interact with? How would that change how you interact with others?

Reflecting on this last night, I see that some people “trigger” a better version of myself to show up while others trigger a version of myself “that needs improvement’.

Curiously too, sometimes a single person can trigger either version, depending on the situation. The only constant in all of this, of course, is me and the choices I make.

Sometimes I just need to make better choices. Also, there’s clearly some healing I need to do.
